Hello, my name is Anfisa Shepetkovskaia. I’m a Nutritherapist, and I’m known on social media as Anfisa Nutrition.
Today, with the abundance of information available online, it’s easy to feel lost amidst often contradictory advice. I take a scientific approach to developing balanced nutritional programs, while also integrating psychological methods. Among these methods, I use principles from Human Design to personalize the support for each client.
